Marc Keulers was the first post-graduate student from Western countries,
who worked with us in 1989 in the field of PLL application in lock-in
measurement. Before he came to work with us for nearly a half of year,
he graduated the Technical University of Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
The main results of his work is gathered in the report of his training project
"The Phase Lock Frequency Tracking Filter" (for the reference channel
of lock-in amplifiers), Tallinn, TTU, 1989.
